Dr Anna Hale, Osteopath
Anna is a RMIT graduate with a Bachelor of Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy) double degree. Her keen interest in biological sciences and a passion for health and fitness has led her to a career in Osteopathy. She sees it as her opportunity combine both these passions and provide patients with a holistic approach to Healthcare.
Anna is originally from Bendigo and has enjoyed reconnecting with the community after studying and living in Melbourne.
Anna believes in uncovering the original source of pain or structural dysfunction and employs a hands-on approach utilising direct and indirect techniques with her Osteopathic treatments. Anna provides a supportive and tailored patient experience, to help create individual goals and improve long-term outcomes.
Anna’s treatments include education and training advice, helping patients become more active either in the gym or at home. Her tailored functional exercise programs build strength and balance within the body, increase fitness and help prevent future injuries.
